Bhutan king, Mauritius minister lay wreaths

Bhutan's King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck and Mauritius Foreign Minister Dhananjay Ramful attended the funeral of former Indian PM Manmohan Singh in Delhi. Bhutan held prayer ceremonies, flew its national flag at half-mast, and lit a thousand butter lamps in respect. The king, PM Tshering Tobgay, and Indian ambassador Sudhakar Dalela participated in the solemn event in Thimphu.
