The Congress party released its third list of candidates for the Delhi assembly elections, including Krishna Tirath and former AAP MLA Dharampal Lakra. Ariba Khan, daughter of former MLA Asif Mohammad Khan, will contest from Okhla. The elections on Feb 5 are crucial for Congress to regain influence in Delhi after failing to secure any seats in the last two elections.
