India summons Sri Lankan envoy, protests firing on fishermen

Colonel Rajesh W Adhau experienced a narrow escape when two rocket-propelled grenades hit his quarters at an Indian hospital in Congo amid a confrontation involving Congolese military and M23 rebels. He had just left his quarters when the attack occurred, leaving him uninjured but shaken.
