RSS-affiliated trade union opposes 2 labour codes, threatens agitation

The Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh (BMS), affiliated with RSS, opposes the new industrial relations and occupational safety codes set to be implemented in April. BMS argues that the industrial relations code's requirement for union recognition, needing support from 51% of the workforce, would eliminate unions.
