'Awareness must be raised': Implementation of the new laws in Jammu and Kashmir has been successful, says CM Omar Abdullah

The laws replace the colonial-era IPC, CrPC, and Indian Evidence Act. Abdullah emphasized public awareness of these laws in colleges and forums, and clarified no security discussions occurred during the review meeting.
