Delhi court acquits man in 2020 rape case, says woman was involved in relationship, never threatened by him

A Delhi court acquitted a man accused under the Pocso Act and IPC, stating the prosecution did not prove the complainant was a minor. The woman was involved in a relationship with the accused and there was insufficient evidence to support the charges of rape and intimidation. The man was in judicial custody from October 2020 to May 2024.
