British Airways introduces Tamil assistance at Chennai airport

British Airways has launched a Tamil-speaking assist service at Chennai airport to help passengers who struggle with English. The service supports boarding, transit, and arrival at London's Heathrow. Additionally, Chennai airport is increasing its check-in counters from 72 to 120 to reduce congestion, with plans to add even more in the future.
