'The third big catch': Who is Faizan Khatib? Islamist outfit member arrested after 10-day hideout post Nagpur riots

Police arrested Faizan Khatib, an Islamist outfit member, and another suspect, Shahbaz Qazi, in Nagpur after 10 days of riots. Khatib, previously in Akola, returned to Nagpur for Eid. Captured on CCTV, he's linked with instigating mobs. Khatib is the third major arrest after Fahim Khan and Hamid Engineer. Charges include rioting, arson, and molestation.
