Ram Navami: Jharkhand cuts power on rally route, draws SC's displeasure

The Supreme Court disapproved Jharkhand's decision to cut power for 10 hours during Ram Navami processions and instructed minimizing the outage to the barest minimum while maintaining essential services. The state cited past electrocution incidents as the reason for this precautionary measure.
