Uttarkashi Cloudburst KILLS 4, Sweeps Away Dharali Village | Army, NDRF Launch MEGA Rescue On Ground

A devastating cloudburst has hit Dharali in Uttarkashi, Uttarakhand, killing at least four people and leaving many missing.
