13-year-old boy held for raping toddler in Chhattisgarh

In Raipur, a 13-year-old boy has been detained by police for allegedly raping a three-year-old girl, who is now in critical condition and receiving intensive care. The incident occurred when the boy lured the toddler, a neighbor, to an isolated location while her parents were napping.
