'Bring relevant documents': Court to ED as it refuses to issue notice to Sonia, Rahul Gandhi in National Herald case

A Delhi court has deferred issuing notices to Sonia and Rahul Gandhi in the National Herald case, directing the Enforcement Directorate to rectify defects and provide more relevant documents. This development follows the ED's April 9 chargesheet, which alleges money laundering involving Rs 5,000 crore. The matter has been scheduled for hearing on May 2.
