Dinesh Patel from Jaunpur modified his Santro into a 'car-copter' hoping to capitalize on wedding season rentals. However, Pratapgarh police seized the vehicle and issued a Rs 25,000 fine for violating the Motor Vehicles Act. The unauthorized modifications and safety concerns led to the car's impoundment during a vehicle check.
