A significant oversight by the National Testing Agency (NTA) caused distress for NEET and JEE aspirants with type 1 diabetes, as they were denied access to essential medicines and food during exams. Despite declaring their condition, a lack of clear communication led exam center staff to prevent students from carrying necessary supplies, causing anxiety and potential health risks.
