3 cops keep rape survivor in UP thana for 36 hours, booked

Following a court order, an FIR has been filed against Agra's Kheragarh SHO and two sub-inspectors for allegedly failing to register a rape case involving a 16-year-old girl and the attempted rape of her younger sister under the Pocso Act.
