In a tragic incident in Delhi's Janakpuri, a 19-year-old driver, allegedly intoxicated, fatally struck two men and severely injured three others, including a pregnant woman and a child. The accused, Harsh, lost control of his car while returning from a party in Gurgaon, first hitting a bicycle and then crashing into a roadside shanty.
