In a shocking incident in Bengaluru, M Shankar surrendered to Suryanagar police, carrying his wife S Manasa's severed head on his scooter. He confessed to killing her after a dispute over an alleged affair. The couple, both factory workers, had a three-year-old daughter. Neighbors reported hearing a violent altercation before the gruesome act.
