‘Wanted to teach them a lesson’: Retired BSF soldier shoots brother-in-law, self; accused in-laws, wife of harassment

In Nagaur district, a retired BSF soldier, Manroop Rayal, fatally shot his brother-in-law, Papu Meghwal, before taking his own life. Rayal, in a social media video, cited family issues and blamed his in-laws for the extreme action. Police deployed additional force to Chandawat ki Dhani village as tensions escalated.
