Allahabad HC: Wife living apart without reason not eligible for maintenance

The Allahabad High Court has made a significant ruling. A wife is not eligible for maintenance if she lives apart from her husband without a valid justification. Justice Sharma overturned a family court's order in Meerut. The court cited Section 125(4) of the CrPC. The husband's revision petition was allowed.
