Israel’s Minister of Diaspora, Amichai Chikli, shared shocking videos of Syria’s HTS forces humiliating Druze men, sparking outrage. He compared Syria’s ruling government to Hamas, calling for its elimination. Sectarian violence has erupted, with HTS forces battling Druze militias in Suweida, leaving over 100 dead. Despite a declared ceasefire, Druze leaders accuse Syrian forces of breaking the truce. In response, Israeli PM Netanyahu ordered strikes on Syrian troops, vowing to protect the Druze community due to historic ties. Damascus condemned the strikes as “treacherous aggression.”
