Criminal, immoral to make changes in Keeladi report, says ASI official
Thursday, 17 July 2025 () ASI director Amarnath Ramakrishna criticized the Centre and ASI for seeking changes in his Keeladi excavation report, refusing to alter the core concepts. He urged the Union culture minister to review the report, countering claims of it lacking scientific validity. Ramakrishna also expressed concern over attempts to diminish the significance and ancientness of Keeladi civilization.
