JSW Paints, part of the JSW Group, seeks CCI approval to acquire a majority stake in Akzo Nobel India for over Rs 12,915 crore. This includes purchasing a 74.76% stake and a public offer for an additional 25%. Parth Jindal highlighted the growth potential and welcomed Akzo Nobel India's brands like Dulux.
