A gunfight in Manipur's Tamenglong district resulted in the deaths of five militants from non-SoO groups. The clash occurred between the United Kuki National Army (UKNA) and the Chin Kuki Mizo Army (CKMA) at Deiveijang village. These newly formed groups, operating in Manipur's hill districts and along the Myanmar border, are reportedly vying for territorial control.
