Mumbai train thefts: 26,000 phones worth 62 crore stolen on city rail network in 30 months; 500 to return to owners

Over two and a half years, Mumbai train passengers reported the theft of over 26,000 cellphones, valued at Rs 62 crore. The GRP has solved around 45% of these cases, recovering phones worth Rs 20 crore.
