SIR in Bihar: Accept Aadhaar along with voter ID, SC tells EC

The Supreme Court has directed the Election Commission to accept Aadhaar and EPIC for voter authentication during the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls. The court emphasized that the SIR should focus on broad inclusion rather than exclusion. While rejecting a stay on the SIR, the court agreed to daily hearings for a swift resolution.
