Kulgam op enters Day 7; Northern Commander, DGP review situation
Thursday, 7 August 2025 () Amidst a week-long anti-terror operation in Kulgam, south Kashmir, Army's Northern Commander Lt Gen Pratik Sharma assessed the counter-terrorism efforts. DGP Nalin Prabhat also reviewed the security situation in the district. The operation, initiated on August 1st following intelligence about terrorist presence, has resulted in the killing of two unidentified terrorists, with the cordon extended as the operation continues.
