Delhi wall collapse: 49-year-old tenant arrested; landlord on run

The incident occurred near Mohan Baba Mandir due to heavy rain, revealing the structure was on a scrap-dumping plot. Authorities are searching for the landlord, Rajbir Bhati, who is currently absconding.
