Friday, 19 April 2024 Today, the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) published its new administrative positions on the compliance obligations of financial institutions under Part XVIII (FATCA) and Part XIX (CRS) of the Income Tax Act (Canada).
In the initial three months of 2024, Canada received 121,620 new permanent residents. Out of these, 52,720 settled in Ontario, while only 17,745 chose British Columbia as their new home. Read more..
