Óscar Cabrera Adames, a 28-year-old Dominican basketball player, died from a heart attack during a stress test. Earlier, he had claimed that he developed myocarditis, a rare heart condition, after receiving two doses of the COVID vaccine. In 2021, he had collapsed during a basketball game and was subsequently hospitalized.
