Ways your body reacts when you don't drink enough water

​The winter season does not make your body go thirsty for water. The cold temperature camouflages the body’s need to have water. However, there is a health concern here. Even though the temperature is low outside, the body’s functioning gets hampered due to less water as a result of which the body reacts. When you don't drink enough water, your body undergoes a series of reactions and physiological changes, ranging from mild to severe, as it struggles to maintain its vital functions and fluid balance. It is important to catch the signs of water deficiency in the body and act on it quickly. ​
