Drinking coffee in moderation helps prevent heart disease and cancer: Study

Recent research suggests that enjoying three to five cups of coffee daily may lower overall mortality and reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease and certain cancers. Both caffeinated and decaffeinated coffee offer similar benefits, thanks to antioxidants and bioactive compounds.
