The US military is facing a critical shortage, with only 25% of Patriot missile interceptors remaining due to intense usage in the Middle East. Trump’s escalation of the Iran conflict and the bombing of Iranian nuclear sites have drained vital stockpiles, forcing a temporary halt on weapons transfers to Ukraine. This freeze sparked political turmoil, but was later reversed amid rising tensions with Putin. With Iran’s growing ballistic missile arsenal and limited US production capacity, the Pentagon warns this crisis could jeopardize future military operations worldwide. Stay tuned as this unfolding situation threatens global security.

At the FIFA Club World Cup final, held on U.S. soil at MetLife Stadium, Donald Trump’s unexpected and extended presence during Chelsea’s trophy ceremony triggered loud boos and raised eyebrows. The former president, who was slated to present the trophy, remained on stage far longer than expected—ignoring FIFA President Gianni Infantino’s subtle gestures to step away.
Players like Cole Palmer and Reece James looked visibly uncomfortable, with James even asking Trump, “Are you going to leave?” Fans saw Trump’s appearance as a tone-deaf intrusion into a historic sporting moment, particularly after Chelsea’s underdog 3-0 triumph over PSG. Critics have slammed it as a publicity stunt amid rising global disapproval of Trump’s foreign policy. The moment, meant to celebrate football’s growing appeal in the U.S., became a political spectacle that overshadowed the victory itself.
