Trump holds decisive lead among Republican primary voters

A Siena College/New York Times poll found that former President Donald Trump continues to hold a strong lead among likely Republican primary voters, with 54% backing him, compared to 17% for Florida Governor Ron DeSantis. Trump showed healthy margins among every demographic group, including male and female, every age group, income bracket, region, and political ideology within the Republican party.
