Turkish and Greek foreign ministers discuss troubled ties in a more friendly climate

The foreign ministers of Greece and Turkey met to improve ties between the two Nato allies. The talks come after Greece provided assistance to Turkey following an earthquake and Turkey offered condolences after a train accident in Greece. The meeting aims to resume high-level contacts to reduce tensions, as both countries have disputes over territorial claims, energy exploration rights in the eastern Mediterranean, and the division of Cyprus.
