18 Iraq police get jail terms over Sweden embassy fire

A court in Iraq has sentenced 18 police officers to jail terms of up to three years for failing to prevent protesters from storming and setting fire to Sweden's embassy in Baghdad. The attack on the embassy was in response to the desecration of the Quran by an Iraqi refugee in Stockholm. The court found the police officers guilty of not carrying out their duties and some of them were permanently disbarred from the force.
