Bangladesh swamped by record dengue deaths

Bangladesh is currently facing its deadliest dengue outbreak, with more than 1,000 deaths and over 210,000 confirmed cases this year. The outbreak is believed to be a result of climate change, as the frequency of the mosquito-borne disease is increasing. The Mugda Medical College and Hospital in Dhaka has become a key battleground against the outbreak.
