Friday, 13 October 2023 Sri Lankan President Ranil Wickremesinghe will visit China next week to discuss debt restructuring talks with the country's biggest lender. Wickremesinghe, who is also finance minister, has been leading Sri Lanka's efforts to manage its heavy debt and secure funds from an IMF program.
