House Republicans demand proof of Biden's brotherly loan

IndiaTimes Friday, 27 October 2023
House Republicans have demanded President Joe Biden to provide evidence of a loan he gave to his brother, James Biden, five years ago. This request is part of the ongoing impeachment investigation, although it is not directly related to the corruption allegations involving Joe Biden's son and the Ukrainian gas company Burisma. The House Oversight Committee has obtained bank records showing a $200,000 check labeled as a loan repayment from James to Joe Biden, but further evidence is being requested.
