Philippines says its vessel did not illegally enter any space under Chinese sovereignty

The Philippines National Security Adviser has denied that Manila's vessel illegally entered Chinese territory and has called on China to stop its aggressive actions in Philippine waters. The Chinese military had previously warned that a Philippine military ship had entered waters near the Scarborough Shoal without authorization. The National Security Adviser accused China of exaggerating the incident and creating unnecessary tensions. He urged China to respect international law and stop its aggressive actions in Philippine waters.
