Russia's biggest drone strike in weeks hits Ukrainian infrastructure

IndiaTimes Friday, 3 November 2023
Russia launched a drone attack on critical infrastructure in western and southern Ukraine, destroying private houses and commercial buildings in Kharkiv. The Ukrainian air force managed to shoot down 24 drones and one missile. President Zelenskiy warned that Ukraine is preparing for a second winter of Russian air strikes on the energy system, which is now more vulnerable. The attacks took place in several waves and targeted multiple regions. Although there were no casualties reported, civilian infrastructure was damaged, and people required medical help due to acute stress.
