Sunday, 5 November 2023 Four civilians, including three children, were killed in an Israeli airstrike in southern Lebanon. The strike was carried out by the Israeli military in response to a strike launched by the Lebanese militant group Hezbollah, which resulted in the death of one Israeli. The clashes between Israeli troops and Hezbollah militants along the Lebanon-Israel border have been escalating since the start of the Hamas-Israel war. The death toll of civilians on the Lebanese side has now reached 14, with Hezbollah warning of retaliation if Lebanese civilians are targeted.
