Former US career diplomat charged with secretly spying for Cuba intel for decades

Former US ambassador to Bolivia, Manuel Rocha, has been charged with serving as a secret agent for Cuba's intelligence services dating back decades. Rocha engaged in "clandestine activity" on Cuba's behalf since at least 1981, meeting with Cuban intelligence operatives and providing false information to US government officials. The complaint charges Rocha with crimes including acting as an illegal agent of a foreign government, revealing Cuba's long-standing efforts to target government officials.
