Russia and Ukraine exchange drone attacks after EU funding stalled

Hungary vetoed 50 billion euros of EU funding to Ukraine. Ukraine's air defence shot down 30 out of 31 drones. Russia destroyed 32 Ukrainian drones. The Russian-installed governor reported the downing of 15 aerial targets near Henichesk. Hungary's veto impacts Ukraine's coffers. Earlier, Russia said that six drones had been shot down in the Kursk region, which borders Ukraine. Meanwhile, Russian-installed governor Vladimir Saldo in the Kherson region said they had downed 15 aerial targets.
