Package sent to rural California elections office tested positive for fentanyl, authorities say

Law enforcement authorities will identify and bring to justice any persons responsible for seeking to intimidate, threaten, or harm election workers. California Secretary of State Shirley N. Weber expressed trust in the authorities and provided safety protocols to local elections offices to enhance security.
