Virginia house explosion kills firefighter, injures several others

A house explosion in Sterling, Virginia, resulted in the death of a firefighter and injured at least 11 people on Friday evening, officials said. Assistant chief of the local fire department, James Williams described the scene as "total devastation." "There's a debris field well into the street and into the neighboring homes," he said.
