Two years on: Satellite images reveal Ukraine's war-torn landscape

On Friday, Russian forces grabbed entire control of the industrial town of Avdiivka, pushing westward. According to Ukrainian military, Russia has stepped up its attacks on Maryinka. As the Russia-Ukraine conflict approaches its third year, satellite photographs of the Ukrainian town of Avdiivka show the effects of Russia's unrelenting bombardment in the region.
