New $20 minimum wage for fast food workers in California set to start Monday

IndiaTimes Sunday, 31 March 2024

While this offers financial stability to a historically underpaid sector, it may lead to price hikes in a state renowned for its high living costs. "The $20 raise is great. I wish this would have come sooner," Vilorio said through a translator.
