Born to help: Syria bikers deliver Ramzan meals

Every evening during Ramazn, members of a motorbike club zip down the streets of Damascus to deliver meals to those in need during the Muslim holy month. Fellow club member Amer Totanji, 31, who works at a private-sector company, says he takes pleasure in what he can do on motorbikes.
