Denise Coates, the highest-paid woman in the UK, earned 150 million pounds in 2024 despite a 45% pay cut, from her position at Bet365. The company saw revenues rise from 3.4 billion to 3.7 billion euros, achieving a 626 million euro profit before tax. Bet365's significant success prompted a 120 million euro contribution to the Denise Coates Foundation.
