Trump suggests 'permanently' resettling of Palestinians from Gaza
Wednesday, 5 February 2025 Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu and US President Trump discussed a truce with Hamas and Trump's proposal to relocate Palestinians from Gaza to other Middle Eastern countries, despite resistance from Egypt and Jordan. The meeting also addressed efforts for a normalization deal between Israel and Saudi Arabia and tensions with Iran.
